Florian has already won more than 60 international awards and prizes with his impressive works.
His passion is to work audience first — with cinematic scale, bold visuals, and global appeal.
With a strong foundation in production, he spent over five years as a project developer at Studio Babelsberg,
Germany’s most iconic film studio.

He has produced and directed feature films, commercials, music videos,
and corporate content across the world.
Florian combines hands-on production experience with a sharp creative eye,
bridging the worlds of storytelling and business strategy.

Charlie is the former owner and CEO of Studio Babelsberg,
where he helped transform the company into a global production hub
for international blockbusters and prestige television.

A serial entrepreneur for decades, Charlie brings with him an unmatched network of industry
and cross-industry contacts — from Los Angeles to Berlin to Seoul.
He is also a creative collaborator in his own right,
who has contributed to numerous high-profile productions and concept-oriented projects,
including V for Vendetta, Inglorious Basterds, Bridge of Spies or The Bourne Supremacy – to name just a few.
